Can I return my product?

Applicable situation (need to meet at the same time):
  1. Within 30 days of purchase
  2. The product is not damaged
  3. You are not satisfied with the product
Once the returned item arrives back in SEAUTO warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
  1. Returns must include all accessories
  2. Items must include original packaging
  3. For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs
  4. For non-quality related warranty claims, SEAUTO refunds the cost of the product itself
  5. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Can I get a refund after returning my product?

The first step is to contact our customer service department or shoot an email at support@seautorobots.com.
Once the returned item arrives back in SEAUTO warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

We promise that we will initiate a refund within 1~2 business days and return it in the same way as the original way. If you have not been able to receive a refund, please send us an email (support@seautorobots.com).

Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return/exchanged item?

Depends on the reason for the refund

If the result is you don't like the product, then you need to pay the return shipping fee.

If the result of the inspection is determined to be a non-human cause, but a product quality problem, SEAUTO will bear the freight

It is recommended that you send your package with tracking included SEAUTO will not take responsibility for lost returns.

What does "original factory condition" mean?

  1. Unopened, touched, tampered packaging.
  2. Not worn.
  3. Repairs through 3rd parties.
  4. Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  5. Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly).

Addressing delivery issues.

  1. Customer is wholly responsible for unsuccessful delivery due to the wrong address or delivery details.
  2. If the shipping company delivered to a wrong address, we will either refund your amount or re-send the parcel again according to your choice.
