Our shipping policy is clear-cut. Upon your order, we'll pick the safest and fastest service based on your location to cut costs for both of us.
Shipping fee to Asia: $19.9-$129
Shipping fee to U.S. : $19.9-$59.9
Shipping fee to Europe: $19.9-$79.9
Shipping fee to Australia, New Zealand, Mexico,Canada: $19.9-$129
DELIVERY TIME:
Delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing time is usually 3-5 Business days (It depends on the products you order. )
Shipping time usually 4-9 Business days (it depends on your shipping address)
Delivery time: 7-14 Business days
Shipping Countries: We can ship to most countries (except remote areas). So when you fill in the shipping information during the ordering process, you find that there is no shipping address you need, which means that we cannot ship to your address.
Transportation time(do not include customs clearance time)

We are happy to ship to many countries across the globe. Please take note that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the package arrives at the destination country and is out of the control of Seauto Payment for these fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency for costs associated with shipping goods into your country.
Orders are shipped during business days Monday – Friday (excluding holidays).
After you place your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email.
Please note that if the billing and shipping addresses provided do not match this may cause a delay in shipping your order.
Please note that multiple item orders may result in split shipments based on stock availability. We will email tracking information when your order is fulfilled and shipped.
At this time, we do not ship to PO Box, APO/FPO, or international addresses.
For efficient delivery, we kindly request you to provide a detailed and accurate street address. This will help avoid shipping that may take longer. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Kindly provide a valid street address for shipping.
Lost Shipments: If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately. If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking it and potentially submitting a claim. If confirmed lost, we will help you get the items reissued or returned for a refund.
Shipping Delays: In rare instances, there may be unpredictable shipping delays. While we will do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics companies. We do not refund or reissue orders due to delivery delays. If your order is significantly delayed, we will assist you in tracking it and potentially submitting a lost shipment claim.
FAQ
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route. If you would like to change the shipping address before shipping has begun, please contact the Seauto Support Team at support@seautorobots.com.
Notes:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss.Seauto will not replace the order or issue a refund.
