These Seauto After-Sales Policies (these “Policies”) only apply to Seauto products you purchased from Seauto directly for your own use and not for those acquired secondhand. By using your Seauto product, you agree to be bound by these policies.

When receiving service, Seauto is responsible for loss or damage to your product only while it is in Seauto's possession or in transit, if Seauto is responsible for transportation.

Seauto is not responsible for the loss or disclosure of any data, including confidential information, proprietary information, or personal information, contained in a product.

What Will Seauto Do

Seauto will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by telephone, e-mail. Seauto may direct you to download or install particular software updates. If your problem cannot be resolved via e-mail, over the telephone, or through the application of software updates, you may be required to deliver the product to Seauto for further examination or to local Seauto's appointed service centers.

What This Limited Warranty Does NOT Cover

All the damages caused by misuse or not following the user manual and below:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
  • Lost or stolen products.
  • Items past their warranty period.
  • Non-quality-related issues after 30 days of purchase.
  • Free products.
  • Repaired through third parties.
  • Damage from external sources.
  • Damage due to product misuse, including falls, extreme temperatures, water, or improper operation.

Product and Part Replacement

When after-sales service involves the replacement of a product or part, the replaced product or part becomes Seauto’s property, and the replacement product or part becomes your property. Only unaltered Seauto products and parts are eligible for replacement.

Replacement products or parts provided by Seauto may not be new, but they will be in good working order and at least functionally equivalent to the original product or part’s warranty.

A replacement product or part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product’s warranty.


Under this Limited Warranty, Seauto warrants that each Seauto product that you purchase will be free from material and workmanship defects under normal use in accordance with Seauto's published product materials during the warranty period. Seauto's published product materials include, but are not limited to user manuals, quick start guide, maintenance, specifications, disclaim, and in-app notifications. The warranty period varies for different products and parts. Please check the information below to verify the duration of the warranty for your particular product or parts.

The warranty period for the product starts on the original date of purchase specified on your sales receipt or invoice, while a pre-order product starts from the shipping date from the local warehouse.

Seauto will need users to arrange the shipment by themselves if users would like to send the products to the local service center or Seauto factory for further diagnosis. Seauto will repair or replace and send it back to users at no cost if the problem falls under this Limited Warranty. If not, Seauto or a designated service center may charge a fee accordingly.

Seauto guarantees that, subject to the following conditions, Warranty Repair Service can be requested. Please contact Seauto or your authorized Seauto dealer for more details.

DAP (dead-after-purchase, defective-after-purchase, and/or damaged-after-purchase). After receiving goods from Seauto, and finding the product appears to be damaged or has performance(s) failure. In such a condition, please contact Seauto to identify and confirm the replacement.

Replacement or refund applies to DAP cases. It shall be requested within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. The replacement will be completed within 14 calendar days upon receipt of the completed goods, including all original accessories, attachments, and packaging.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

For cases under warranty conditions, you can obtain warranty service by contacting Seauto's local dealer or through the official website. For products ordered from a local dealer, please contact the dealer.

You will need to provide a valid proof of purchase, receipt, or order number (for Seauto Direct Sales) along with the Serial Number of your products for the warranty service. Charges may apply for services not covered by this Limited Warranty. Please contact Seauto for information specific to your location.

Please note that the warranty service is only available in the respective Seauto service regions where you purchased your Seauto product.

Your Other Rights

This Limited Warranty provides you with extra and specific legal rights. You may have other rights according to the applicable laws of your state or jurisdiction. You may also have other rights under a written agreement with Seauto. Nothing in this Limited Warranty affects your statutory rights, including the rights of consumers under laws or regulations governing the sale of consumer products that can not be waived or limited by agreement.


Seauto is Not Liable For

  • Loss of data resulting from the use of Seauto products.
  • Returning personal items sent to Seauto. The buyer is responsible for any damage or loss incurred during transit for non-quality related warranty claims.
