This Refund and Warranty Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all products purchased directly on seautorobots.comand from Seauto’s authorized dealers for personal use, including new products and certified refurbished/renewed products. By using your Seauto product, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. Seauto reserves the right to monitor warranty and return activity for abuse and limit claims at its sole discretion.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Seauto offers an all-inclusive 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for all products purchased directly on seautorobots.com (excluding dealer sales). You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 calendar days from the date of product delivery, provided the product meets the return eligibility criteria below.
Return Eligibility
  1. The product must be in its original, undamaged condition with no signs of misuse, installation, or modification.
  2. All original accessories, attachments, user manuals, and undamaged original packaging must be included with the return.
  3. A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, sales receipt) must be provided.

Refund & Shipping Terms
  1. Seauto will refund the original product purchase price in full for eligible returns.
  2. For non-quality/non-defect related returns (e.g., change of mind, accidental order), the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Third-party payment processing fees and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. For quality/defect related returns (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect product shipped), Seauto covers all return shipping fees and will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  4. Returns that fail to meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., missing accessories, damaged packaging) may be rejected at Seauto’s discretion.
  5. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and take 3-10 business days to complete after product inspection. If no refund is received within 14 business days, contact support@seautorobots.com.
Return Process
  1. Submit a refund request to support@seautorobots.com with your proof of purchase and product serial number (SN code); Seauto will reply within 1 business day.
  2. Ship the product to Seauto’s designated service center (prepaid label provided for quality-related returns).
  3. Notify Seauto of the shipping carrier and tracking number via email after shipment.
  4. Seauto will inspect the returned product (1-3 business days); eligible refunds will be initiated immediately upon inspection approval.
Limited Warranty Coverage
Seauto warrants that all products purchased from Seauto or its authorized dealers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the specified warranty period (varies by product/ component). The warranty is restricted to the country/region of purchase and only applies to personal, non-commercial use.
Warranty Period Commencement
  1. The warranty period starts on the original date of purchase as indicated on your valid sales receipt or invoice.
  2. For pre-ordered products, the warranty period commences on the shipping date from Seauto’s local warehouse.
  3. Warranties on replacement products/parts follow the remaining warranty period of the original defective item.
  4. Products that have been fully refunded have their warranty voided in full.
What the Warranty Covers
Seauto will provide warranty service for defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
  1. Diagnosis and resolution of product issues via email/telephone support (support@seautorobots.com).
  2. Software updates to resolve functional issues.
  3. Repair or replacement of defective products/parts (at Seauto’s discretion) at no cost to the buyer, including return shipping of the repaired/replaced item.
  4. For defective products received upon delivery, Seauto will assess replacement/refund requests filed within 30 calendar days of delivery; eligible replacements are processed within 14 calendar days of receiving the original defective product (in its original condition with all accessories).
What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
Seauto’s limited warranty does not apply to the following, and no warranty service will be provided for:
  1. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or operation not following Seauto’s official user manuals/instructions.
  2. Damage from unauthorized repair, alteration, modification, or disassembly of the product (including by non-authorized service providers).
  3. Damage caused by unauthorized third-party parts, accessories, or compatible products.
  4. Loss or damage of data resulting from the use of Seauto products.
  5. Failures or damages caused by external factors: falls, drops, extreme temperatures, water damage, natural disasters, or other environmental conditions.
  6. Products/parts with altered, removed, or unreadable identification labels/serial numbers.
  7. Non-quality-related issues (e.g., cosmetic damage with no functional impact).
  8. Products without a valid proof of purchase or purchased from unauthorized resellers/non-authorized dealers.
  9. Lost, stolen, or mislaid products.
  10. Products/parts that have exceeded their stated warranty period.
  11. Free promotional products or gifted Seauto items.
  12. Consumable parts (warranty terms for consumables follow separate product-specific guidelines).
  13. Damage or loss incurred during transit of the product when shipped by the buyer for non-warranty service.
Product/Part Replacement Terms
  1. Upon approval for replacement, the defective product/part becomes the property of Seauto, and the replacement product/part becomes the buyer’s property.
  2. Replacement products/parts may be certified refurbished (not new) but will be in good working conditionand functionally equivalent to the original.
  3. Only the remaining warranty period of the original product applies to all replacements.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
  1. Contact Seauto’s support team at support@seautorobots.com to initiate a warranty claim.
  2. Provide the following documentation for verification:
◦ Valid proof of purchase (sales receipt, invoice, order number).
◦ Product serial number (SN code).
◦ Detailed description of the product issue (including photos/videos if applicable).
  1. The buyer is responsible for shipping the defective product to Seauto’s designated service center/warehouse for diagnosis. If the issue is covered under the limited warranty, Seauto will cover all return shipping fees for the repaired/replaced product.
  2. For non-warranty covered issues, Seauto will provide a hassle-free paid out-of-warranty service (fees will be communicated to the buyer in advance for approval).
  3. Warranty service is only available in Seauto’s official service areas for the country/region where the product was purchased.
Shipping Liability
  1. When Seauto is responsible for shipping (e.g., warranty replacements, quality-related returns), Seauto’s liability is limited to loss or damage incurred to the product during Seauto’s possession or transportation only.
  2. Seauto is not liable for the return of personal items included with the shipped product, nor for any damage/loss of personal items during transit.
  3. The buyer assumes full liability for product damage/loss during transit when shipping the product to Seauto for non-warranty service.
Personal Information & Data Use
By obtaining Seauto warranty service, you authorize Seauto to:
  1. Store, use, and process your personal contact information (name, phone number, address, email) and product-related data necessary to fulfill warranty service.
  2. Transfer your information to any country/region where Seauto conducts business and share it with authorized third-party service providers acting on Seauto’s behalf.
  3. Contact you to inquire about service satisfaction or notify you of product recalls, safety updates, or warranty-related information.
  4. Request access to product-stored data to diagnose and resolve issues; refusal of such access may result in Seauto being unable to provide certain warranty services.
Seauto will process all personal information in accordance with its official Privacy Policy published on seautorobots.com.
Your Statutory Rights
This Policy provides specific legal rights to you, and you may have additional statutory rights under the applicable laws of your country/region. Nothing in this Policy waives or limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights, which cannot be excluded by agreement.
Limitation of Warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law:
  1. This limited warranty is the exclusive remedy for product defects, and Seauto disclaims all other express or implied warranties, including (but not limited to) warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. Where implied warranties cannot be disclaimed by law, Seauto limits the duration of such warranties to the duration of this express limited warranty.
  3. Some countries/regions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Seauto reserves the right to revise and update this Refund and Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version published on seautorobots.com shall apply to all purchases and claims.
